To give you some information about our Beef, we are traditional family farmers, farming 1000 acres in East Hertfordshire, where we have been for five generations. We run two herds of cattle
totaling 400 head at any one time. Firstly we have the largest herd of Simmentals at present in the UK, all of which can be traced for at least ten generations and more recently we introduced a herd of Rare Breed Belted Galloway's to compliment our farming systems traditional roots.
