Bridget B’s is situated at Sacombe Hill Farm, Watton at Stone, Hertfordshire where we run our award winning Sacombe herd of pedigree Simmentals and Belted Galloways and also produce our own pork from our herds of pedigree British Lops, Saddlebacks and Gloucester Old Spots.Bridget B’s is run by Bridget Borlase and her partner James along with help from her family and team of experienced butchery staff.
All our products are either home produced or sourced from farms in the south east. Bridget B’s has an extensive range of beef, pork, lamb, poultry and game as well as fruit and vegetables and even a little something different that you may be interested to try.
The majority of the beef is produced from our own herd, but in times of increased demand we source cattle from Humphreys in Essex, a known supplier of quality British-bred cattle reared to our specifications.
Our lamb comes from award winning farmer Robert Law, who farms on the Hertfordshire border and our poultry and game comes from farms in Essex.
As well as selling from the farm shop Bridget B’s also supplies many local hotels, restaurants, pubs and farm shops.
