Our lamb is
produced for us by Robert Law – Farmers Weekly Farmer of the Year
2006. The flock of nearly 2000 ewes are born, bred and grass reared
on the Royston Downs in Hertfordshire. With lambing taking place 3
times a year there is a plentiful supply of flavoursome succulent
meat. More details on
