Cooking tips

Heat some oil in a pan or griddle, or cook on the BBQ.
Season the Steak with salt and pepper
Cook the steaks to your liking following the recommended times:

Rare: 2-3 minutes per side, rest for 4 minutes
Medium: 3-4 minutes per side, rest for 4 minutes
Well Done: 5-6 minutes per side, rest for 1 minute

Remove from heat and cover with foil to rest and allow the meat to relax.
