A beautifully presented cut of lamb, our rack of lamb makes for a perfect centerpiece for a dinner party. Giving a choice line up of succulent lamb chops in one meal. This is perfect for a smaller roasting joint for two, promising tender juicy full of flavour meat from start to finish. Reared on our farm in Shropshire. The flock graze on lush meadows which is reflected in the array of flavour our lamb boasts.

Cooking tips

Pre heat your oven to 200 degrees.
Season the meat then lay flat on the roasting tray.
Cook over high heat turning the rack after a rich, golden crust has formed.
Roast 10 to 12 minutes on the fat then turn for 2 minutes on the meat side for medium rare.
Leave to rest in a warm place for at least 5 minutes.

To ensure perfect cooking and measuring internal temperatures, we recommend a meat thermometer.
