Cooking tips

Pre heat your griddle or heavy based frying pan, add some oil.
Season with sea salt just prior to cooking
Render a little and become golden by standing in the hot pan on their side.
Place onto flat side then Cook over high heat turning the steak only once after they've turned a rich, golden colour, reduce heat to medium.
Cook 5 to 6 minutes each side until firm to touch, add some butter to them while they rest in a warm place for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

To ensure perfect cooking and measuring internal temperatures, we recommend a meat thermometer.
