Our Farmhouse Sausages are made from twice minced Pork Shoulder meat and mixed with breadcrumbs and our special recipe of herbs and spices with both White and Black Pepper added for a deeper flavour. Sausages are an easy 'go to' versatile mid week meal, be it Bangers and mash, Sausage Sandwich for lunch, Toad in the hole or a sausage casserole. They are quick, easy and the perfect crowd pleaser, even the fussiest of children love a great banger. Our Farmhouse sausages are National Gold medal winners.

Cooking tips

Gently heat your pan, making sure its not too hot otherwise the sausages will explode in cooking.
Brush the pan with oil.
Don’t overcrowd the pan the sausages need to sit flat and room to turn over.
Cook over medium heat turning regular until the whole sausage reaches a rich golden colour it takes around 8 to 9 minutes to cook a traditional sausage.
Leave to rest in a warm place at least 3 to 4 minutes.
