Our tasty Unsmoked Gammon Joints are cut from the leg of pork, they are then lightly cured to add a lovely succulent flavour. Gammon can be cooked in many different ways, with lots of families having their own traditions. Some love to boil in water and finish rasting in the oven, some like to use pure orange juice or cider, then rolled in breadcrumbs and baked to finish it off. How about using dark fruits cider for a different twist to a traditional dish.
A gammon joint lasts for a good few days after cooking and they’re delicious hot or cold. Great for having in the fridge for the family to carve as and when they fancy a quick snack or as part of a quick mid week meal such as ham egg and chips.
