Christmas Orders can be placed online between the 1st of October and the 4th December, for collection from one of our 4 stores.



A traditional forequarter cut, brisket has an open texture and depth of flavour that is brought out by slow roasting. Our butchers roll the brisket for ease of cooking and calving.

Cooking tips

for best results - oven temperature 170 degrees - Roast uncovered for about 1 hour, reduce oven to about 150 degrees and add some stock to the roasting tin, cover the joint and cook for approximately a further 3 hours.


We recommend allowing 250gms – 350 gms per person with a minimum weight of 1kg (Joints don’t roast so well under this weight)
