Sirloin Steak


This is our most popular steak and it's easy to see why. It’s tender, juicy, and full of flavour.

Sirloin Steak is cut from the striploin with light marbling and right next to fillet in tenderness, with a thin strip of fat left on to flavour the meat whilst cooking.

Cooking tips

Heat some oil in a pan or griddle.
Season the Steak with salt and pepper
Cook the steaks to your liking following the recommended times:

Rare: 2-3 minutes per side, rest for 6 minutes
Medium: 3-4 minutes per side, rest for 4 minutes
Well Done: 5-6 minutes per side, rest for 1 minute

Remove from heat and cover with foil to rest and allow the meat to relax.
